How to delete your data

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you. We offer two paths:

Path 1 — Self-serve (recommended, ≤2 minutes)

1. Sign in at yandee.ai/login.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm via the email link sent to your registered address.
4. Your account, OAuth tokens (Google + Meta), draft replies, and billing data (beyond legally required retention) are deleted within 7 days.

Path 2 — Email request (for users who cannot sign in)

Email [email protected] from the address registered with your account. Include:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Business name on your account
• Confirmation that you want all data deleted

We will verify identity and process within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when complete.

What gets deleted

• Account profile (name, email, business info)
• OAuth tokens for Google Business Profile and Meta Platform (revoked at source)
• Stored brand voice instructions and reply preferences
• Draft and historical reply suggestions
• Product usage logs (within 30 days of request)

What we may retain (legally required)

• Billing/invoice records — 7 years (Malaysia tax law)
• Records related to active legal claims (if any) until resolution
• Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics

Confirmation code (for Meta App Review)

If Meta requires a deletion confirmation code, submit your request via Path 2 and we will respond with a deletion ticket ID within 48 hours.
